Casey Reid (they/them), Director of Product and Growth at Thin Air Labs

Casey Reid is an expert in product development, growth and strategy and is currently the Director of Product and Growth at Thin Air Labs. They focus on building the right things and the right time. With over six years of experience in product management within the tech industry, Casey has a rich history of launching successful products, leading strategic initiatives and helping clients drive exponential growth.  Casey has worked at consultancies like Deloitte and TWG and startups such as Top Hat, Borrowell and Sherpa.

Bruna Ghetti (she/her), Head of Revenue Operations at Virtuo

Hi, I'm Bruna Ghetti (she/her), a revenue architect with a crush on AI. With over a decade of expertise driving scalable GTM strategy, operational CRM excellence, and data management to accelerate revenue and achieve predictability.

Margaret Glover (she/her), Chief Operating Officer at Deep Surface AI

Margaret is a seasoned professional in Calgary’s startup and tech ecosystem. Starting in advertising and design, she created campaigns and nurtured brands for diverse clients. Drawn to tech startups, she transitioned to a hands-on role, thriving in startup and scale-up environments. Margaret is passionate about launching innovative products and advocating for women in tech and Indigenous and LGBTQ2S+ communities. Her expertise includes team building, collaboration with development groups, and establishing customer feedback loops. Outside of work, she enjoys meditation, Calgary’s music scene, culinary adventures, and globetrotting. She has an 18-year-old son and two beloved pets. She is currently COO of Deep Surface AI, a SaaS 3D morphing tool that helps plastic and facial plastic surgeons communicate surgical goals with their patients.
