Become a Partner

QueerTech's Corporate Membership Program that helps organizations take real, practical steps toward 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion. It gives your company the chance to show up as an inclusive employer, connect with a national community of QueerTech talent, and access tools that make your workplace stronger and more welcoming.

Corporate members have the opportunity to:
Build your employer brand: Be known as a workplace that supports queer people — through media, features, job listings, and visibility in the community.
Become part of the community: Engage directly with QueerTech professionals — through events, networking, shared initiatives, and genuine connections.
Train and educate your employees: Give your team tools and learning opportunities (e.g. allyship training, inclusive practices) so they can work with understanding and respect.
Access research and reports: Get data, insights, and analysis about what queer professionals face in tech — so your policies and strategies are grounded in real evidence.

As a Corporate Member, you can post opportunities, partner with the QueerTech community, and learn from other organizations. Your involvement helps queer professionals in tech succeed — and strengthens your own capacity to attract, retain, and empower diverse talent.

"I recommend anyone who wants to expand their leadership skills to sign up for the QT Leaders program. It was very challenging, but I feel so much more confident in my professional development now that I'm on the other side. It's rare to feel supported professionally, often as one of the only Queers in the room, so it's nice to know that I'm not alone out there. Thank you to the organizers and facilitators!”

"As someone who works in education supporting students, I know how important it is that folks have representation in their industry and access to connections that resonate with their identity. Finding support early on in peoples' careers can make a world of difference. QueerTech is providing a truly transformational service and community by building opportunities to connect and learn in the tech ecosystem across Canada.
Thank you QT!"

"Speaking at QueerTech was more than a panel, it was a collective pulse. In a time when AI is rapidly being weaponized against our communities, QT offered a space to resist erasure, challenge techno-capitalism, and imagine ethical technologies rooted in care, access, and justice.
I’m deeply grateful to be in community with QT and I stand with their mission to reshape tech as a tool for collective liberation, not corporate extraction."

"I’ve had the great pleasure of being involved with QueerTech since 2022 and am extremely thankful for the spaces their team curates for queer folks like myself to show up, connect, and thrive. QueerTech has provided me, and countless others, with something rare and deeply meaningful: a sense of community and safety within an industry that can often feel isolating."

"The queer community truly shows up for one another. Speaking at last year’s QTQ, I left not only inspired but with a new customer who helped my company grow during a tough time (thanks, trade wars!). Queertech builds meaningful connections that uplift, empower, and remind us of the strength in community. What touched me most was seeing how this community shows up with genuine care, collaboration, and solidarity. It’s not just about networking, it’s about belonging & empowerment."
