The QT Leaders Summit is a part of the QT Leaders program, which strives to increase queer representation in executive and leadership roles in the tech industry to our vision goal of 5%. At present, queer executives hold less than 1% of these positions in Canada's tech industry. We know that queer leaders are crucial to our community's progress, offering inspiration and serving as role models for the next generation of queer professionals and possibly igniting entrepreneurial spirit.
