Who should use this tool?
This beta version is designed for HR professionals using AI tools and is organized into 4 sections:

The tool can be used individually or as a team. Even if you are not the final decision maker, completing this assessment will help you understand how your organization is embedding inclusion and fairness across HR practices.
Data collection & privacy
We are collecting responses to better understand the AI development landscape and to continually improve this tool and the trainings we offer. This tool does not collect any personal or sensitive data. Only QueerTech will have access to your individual response, which is anonymous and will be securely stored. QueerTech will only report summaries of the responses consolidated based on defined categories.

How long will it take?
The self-assessment takes about 5–10 minutes. At the end, you’ll receive a report highlighting.
